The two founders, Thomas Jamet and Emeric Berthet, have created a quality brand "L'Atelier - Artisan crêpier" where crepes and galettes are synonymous with creativity, health and good taste. The place is open to the city, drawing the spirit of an old factory with raw materials, but punctuated with pretty furnishings frank and bright colors. At the time of the debate on the origin of dishes at the restaurant, L'Atelier - Artisan crêpier can flatter realize its preparations on site. And even, at dessert, chocolate and caramel are no exception to this requirement of "homemade".
